TNP x Big Construction Mini Kicker

This dropped on Big Construction a week ago, but now it's found it's way over here and looks absolutely rad.

Big Construction teamed up with The Norwood Project to drop this awesome mini kicker, that's now at The Norwood Project and available for only £5. I think that's the rad thing tbh, not only is it a super tiny fun obstacle but only £5? UK people, snag one of these up before they're gone - you'll regret it if you don't.

I really want to address the issue also of BRR bringing out a new kicker in the same dimensions just after BC dropped this. BC don't get huge coverage like BRR but even so, they dropped theirs a week first. That said, I don't think BRR would blatantly copy as I've seen their wall of prototype obstacles so I'm pretty sure idea -> reality takes longer than a week, and thus if they just wanted to do this it wouldn't have dropped by now. THAT SAID.. a week later? I dunno, they could have waited a bit. I guess end of the day, now there's two choices so you can get which ever one you like the most!

It's no surprise to me that this person made an amazing video, but even so this is still mindblowing..

Cody Z being ridiculously good as per usual? Actually no, this isn't 'as per usual' because I feel it's even better than normal. Great vibes, some insanely nice techy tricks, and overall the kind of video you just want to stick on fullscreen and be stoked on for the few minutes it lasts. More like this, please!

Turn On The Steeeeze

I'm so steezy I don't have to turn it on, it's just on by default. That's how I managed to fall over like a complete retard on tuesday and almost brake my nose. Skills..

Aha seriously though, this is actually an amazing video from bumpy knuckles. Really sick fingerboarding mixed with Tom Jones, and a host of insanely huge fingerboard obstacles? Such a 2006 vibe to this but in the best way possible, he slays and isn't afraid if his tricks don't look realistic with huge gaps and hubbas. Not to be missed.

Snakehouse 1,000,000 Knifelord

I saw a tiny bit about these the other day on FBHQ, and it appears they're now being sold on Flatface and have a 30 minute long full length (which is not something to be taken seriously) out on Mike's channel.

So, what are they about? Well, I'm kind of guessing as much as you are. Cool looking decks with some rad graphics, up for only 25 dollars on Flatface? I'm sure this is a company that isn't supposed to be taken in the most serious light, but for a bit of fun I guess, why not? Even if the holes look absolutely terrible on these pictured decks, I still want to try one.

Cool to see there will be some basic splits in the stock too, not that that's what I'm most excited about for their drop but still - they look nice and it's always good to see more decks from them. How To Tempt Fate

Hey, remember yesterday my 'oh, I'll be launching new unite wednesday if nothing goes wrong before then'? As you might have gathered by the title, something went wrong.

Yeaaaaa. Somehow, I took a massive chunk out of my nose walking home yesterday. Like, I tripped and somehow lost all ability to balance (being a skateboarder and having fallen more times than I can remember, it baffles me beyond words) and just died. Thankfully it's not broken but there's a big chunk missing (despite the picture not looking bad, it is instagram after all) and I've gotta get some plastic stitches today so it doesn't leave a huge scar. So that's gonna take even more time than I have today, regardless of having work all day - AS SUCH.. I wont be able to post unite until maybe this evening, if not then tomorrow. And I guess new unite is on hold until the weekend.

Kinda sucks but I'm even more annoyed than everyone else as the mere concept is ridiculous. Oh well - have a great day everyone, and sorry for the lack of fingerboarding. Go land some kickflips smiths for me :)

Yesterday Made Me Hate Keyboards

Ever had to manually migrate over 100 posts worth of data? Here's a hint as to what it's like: IT'S REALLY BORING.

So, you want to know what I did with my only day off in a 52 hour week? I spent the WHOLE day for you guys, working on the new unite site. I wanted all the reviews to be on the new unite and there's no way I can simple export the posts then import them again because I'm doing things completely differently - so it all had to be done by hand. One by one, copy, paste, make thumbnails, etc.. Totally worth it and I'm obviously really hyped to be working on the site and have it 95% finished now, but still.. Eugh. Was not a fun day! That said, we're looking at a wednesday/thursday evening launch unless something else goes wrong before then. More updates coming inbetween now and launch :)

Tim's Idea

Tim had an idea. Evidently that idea was 'let's all make full length parts, put them into one video, and let everyone enjoy it'. And so they did.

Yup, amazing stuff as we'd all expect from Mike S, Jay L, Matt L, and Tim A. Over ten minutes of anyone on Flatface killing it would have my attention, infact probably anyone at all for that matter - but these four absolutely slay as I need not explain, so you can imagine how good this is. I cant pick who's part I thought was best, there's simply too much in this to not just sit down and enjoy it.

That's Entertainment

You know what? I cant really argue. This is entertainment. Quite a large amount of it at that too.

Unsurprisingly such a title relates to the latest video from Thibault C, someone who never fails to make a sick video. Is this as magically edited as his previous edits? Well, no, actually it's nothing like that, it's more footage than anything else - but not that I'm complaining. Fancy transitions or not, he still kills it and I'm sure he will continue to do so.

Dankdecks Stock On

Dankdecks might be a relatively unknown company compared to all the big companies out there, but that doesn't mean their stuff isn't worth looking over.

Some pretty nice looking decks here, I loving the wildwood one. All of these decks are in stock and available now, I think they have a pretty fun looking shape and personally I find it really interesting trying new decks out, so when they're cheap 'why not' comes to mind. Worth a further look at least.
