SF, or super fast, are single bearing wheels, non backless shape, with a really interesting inner edge that gives them almost an oldschool look. However they're inbetween normal and mini wheel size, so, around flatface g7.1 size by the picture, just obviously not the same shape. I don't know anything about the material, but it looks pretty nice, they look like they'd roll really smooth!
I think its great that more companies are offering wheels, and at lower prices too, as it really helps people get into fingerboarding! I mean, lets face it, if you just start out, the price of flaface g7s/winklers/oaks, whilst justified for what the products are, can be daunting to people who are just starting out. Also, I think its a shame that so few of the cheap bearing wheels are in white, I know almost everyone likes white wheels, so, hopefully these will be available in white one day. Regardless of colour though, I'm sure these are a great new wheel and I hope to see a review soon!
