I know nothing of Russian, but from the looks of this it's footage from some kind of summer festival? Seems a little late being that it's December..
I suppose it's nice to escape for a while and remember what the sun looks like! Weather aside though this is a really nice edit, some great vibes from what looks like a really fun event - even though there aren't many obstacles there they make great use of what's around and throw down a ton of nice tricks. Not to be missed!
