I cant say I know much about this unfortunately, but it does nonetheless look very awesome.
This is footage from some event that went down in Spain! Not the biggest event, but events of this size are probably the most fun you can have to be honest - there's always the best vibes to them! A really nice recap of it from Victor M, the video really makes you want to be there and sesh with everyone.
