I don't know what CCSE is, but if the first letter was G it'd be a certificate of education you get here in England when you're 15-16 (or, you have to take like 10-11 of them. Its boring.) ANYWAY..
Sick stuff from Chris K! He's making a 'park', except all I can see is the most amazingly interesting funbox in the world. Its literally less than 2cm tall by the looks of it, which must be insanely fun to ride! I know it might sound stupid because of its size, but I bet that with some obstacles on it = hours of fun.
