Tomorrow its 2012. I honestly don't know where the year has gone, its flown by in a blur of amazing occurances and crazy stories. If I look back a year, to what this place was, and then look to now and see how much its grown, and how much you guys have been awesome to support it for a whole year? Its soo nice, and I thank you all soo much for all the support (even just reading the site), all year long.
Looking back, I remember the first fingerboard event I went to was less than a year ago. An 8 hour bus journey up to Manchester and I went to Cyclone 3. It was awesome to say the least! Then I went to Sweden and chilled with some friends there. Then I got invited to EFC, and last minute managed to get myself there (27 hour bus journey!) and had an amazing time. I also met the BRR guys for the first time, which was really cool - and I'm glad to say they're good friends of mine now. Then Malmö Ultrabowl and another holiday to Sweden, which was soo much fun. Then a last minute decision again and a trip to ASI 6 - thanks again to Harry for letting me crash on his sofa! Then after starting work on a huge project, getting invited to go on tour with BRR and go to the headquarters.. Its unreal how much has happened this year. And in a way its sad to put it behind me, but I'm looking forward. I'm soo stoked how much fingerboarding has brought me this year - amazing friends, visited soo many cities, and had soo many awesome times. And I know next year its going to be even bigger, even better, and even more fun.
So, to everyone, I look forward to seeing you all in all the places I end up. All the events I go to, all the cities I travel to. Because fingerboarding is awesome, and even more awesome with friends.
