The Denver qualifier for the Tech Deck US Championship was yesterday I believe and seems like it was a great event! No pictures, but check this video from the event one of the participants filmed!
It looks like everyone had a bunch of fun, and some great fingerboarding went down throughout the day! As before the parks look amazingly fun, huge props to techdeck for making those! The grom competition was won by Kyler, and in the qualifying competition Brillo won, Cole got 2nd and Jordan got third. Looks great that a lot of people were there to show proper fingerboarding to kids who've only ever seen tech decks and don't know you can be serious with them! Still seems a shame there weren't loads of fingerboarders there who know 'proper' fingerboarding, I'm sure there must be loads more people who fingerboard in these areas in the US. The more people that turn up, the more fun the event will be, so if you can get to one, GO!
