All I can come up with is that it's a date, backwards? American's write their dates month - day - year rather than day - month - year, so that makes it July 13th, 1963. I can tell you what that is now, exactly 47 years to the day before unitefingerboarding started. True story, unite's birthday is July 13th! I'm gonna guess that's not the answer though, so, you know, one to tick off your list.
