First, the basics, they're the new Flatface decks (duh). The main difference being that the wheelbase has been shortened, these are now around a Berlinwood wheelbase, which is a standard on many of today's decks, and honestly the main reason I wasn't a huge fan of Flatface decks in the past. 32mm wide, and available in two concave types, low (like a G12), and normal (like a G13). The kicks looks similar, no word on if they're lower or the same but I'd guess if they are lower it's only by a tiny amount.
What's available now?

Split ply and graphic versions are available, but only in the normal G14 shape rather than the low concave version - I'm sure that's good for most of you but I'm bummed on that. Not that I have any money but the G14 with the Jay Graphic in low concave? I can dream! For those of you into simple decks, fades are going out randomly with blank decks, I guess you can ask and hope you get one.
Packaging and stamps?

The stamp stays similar to previous versions, as does the packaging. However, new colours for the packaging of these new decks is well received, I think these are my favourite packaged Flatface decks because I'm a very big advocate of purple!
Overall these decks look amazing. Hand crafted by 4 fingerboard professionals who absolutely kill it, the money stays 100% in fingerboarding and the performance and craftsmanship stays true to what we all love, and know will ride amazingly. Tested for a year to make sure these are the best decks possible, I think we can all be very stoked on these new decks. Starting at 35 dollars, I fully recommend giving these a try.
