So, carrying on from yesterday, here's part two of my recap of the trip to Germany and being on tour with BRR. This covers the part in Berlin.
Driving up to Berlin with an average speed of 180kph. Autobahns!
Olli and Winkler watching an episode of 'Epic Rap Battle' on youtube, in our hostel.
My first steps into the newly finished Crypt under the BRR store.
Some awesome fingerboarders chilling at the start of the day.
Me just about to catch a kickflip fs smith.
With our van packed up and ready to go, Me, Olli, Winkler, Timo, and Thomas drove up to Berlin (making a stop at McDonalds of course, only to find that Germany appears to be somewhere else in Europe that sucks for vegetarians), and by the time we'd got there and driven past the Brandenburg Gate it was pretty late, so we just got food and went to sleep. The next morning, after an early start (and a super nice breakfast) we rolled up to the store and had an amazing day! Loads of sick fingerboarding, the new crypt is INSANE, and the whole thing is just too much fun. A great day was had by all, and after being super tired half way through the day me, Max B and Leon went to get super cheap pizza. Something I love about Berlin, you can get a pizza for 2 euros 50! Its crazy, it'd cost like £6 to get it here, and that'd be a cheap find. Bah. Nonetheless, it was a really sick day and it ended nicely too, chilling in my room with some Haribo and talking to some friends on Skype. Why didn't I stay out fingerboarding? Well, because me and Thomas were MEGA tired, AND we had to be up at 5am for our flight. Which we did, and after a cab journey with an excentric cab driver who proceeded to give us all newspapers, we arrived at the airport.
And.. I'll carry on tomorrow, that's all for now. Just want to say a big thankyou to everyone at the BRR store, everyone who turned up and especially those who said hello, it was an awesome day :)
