Yup, the FAB tunnel is available to the public! Thing is, its not your average piece of equipment, and as such as a pretty heafty price tag on it. I don't think many people are going to be stoked on buying this, but perhaps its more for shops and such to buy? Who knows, either way I guess the option of it existing is pretty cool. And if you're amazing at FAB and have 300 euros - why not? I personally (having had a whole 5 minutes of trying it in my life) suck soo hard at it, haha.. I think its definitely something that takes more practice than it looks!
