New TDs are coming out soon with a new type of tape, called trick tape! Ironically named because it doesn't promote the ability to be able to do any tricks what so ever, other than 'ollies'. And why? Because it sticks to your fingers! And I'd be okay if this was going in a few select packs, but nope, at some point in the future all TDs will have this (and normal skate style grip too). I know they have a target audience, but congratulations on shitting on fingerboarding by making people think its a toy - and that there's no skill to it - even moreso than they did already. I hope the millions of dollars is worth a negative hit to something you guys claim to care about. If they wanted to make this more 'accessible' to younger people, put this on the smaller tech decks and leave the normal boards alone. Hmph.
However if any of you want to try this, there's a small competition on FFI a set, you've just got to come up with a marketing slogan! Because, you know, they can do something lame, get us to do their advertising for us, and pay us something worth $1-2. SEEMS FAIR. You know what, I'm not even going to link you to their thing, go support a real fingerboarding company here :)
