Some of you old school people and/or people who've read up on fingerboarding history may remember a company from WAY back in the day, Half Pint. Well, as if the title didn't state it enough, they're back!
Its really sick to see oldschool companies coming back, and these look really awesome! Great looking craftsmanship and a pretty nice shape. I love the 'oldschool' vibe to the shape in that its not got sharply defined dips, it flows the whole way through. Sort of like how the old 'banana' shape boards from years ago used to flow, except this has nice kicks + concave. I really hope to pick one of these up soon! I also love how they're 100% handmade, and rather than measuring the width he goes by eye and just makes them what ever he feels like, so you'll always get a unique deck. I think its a rad way of doing things, perhaps not the best in terms of mass popularity, but I'm certain thats not what he's going for, and to people like myself, these are awesome. Great stuff!
They're only available on FFI, but even if you're not on you can read the thread on FFI here :)
