I might 'just be an A frame', for all of you who are familiar with those types of rail, but there certainly hasn't been one made in fingerboarding for a while, unless you count the Mike S signature ramp, but that's a whole ramp and rail so that's a little different. This thing looks awesome, and really nicely made! Its made by Ben C, who used to have a company called BC rails a few years back (or something like that, not too sure on the time scale) and he's considering starting it up again. He's made some other great rails as customs for people and is taking customs at the moment, so if you're on FFI you can get one!
