Generous

So, I think a lot of people these days slightly condemn big companies for being big and suggest they're 'just in it for the money' and 'don't care about fingerboarding'. I've always totally disagreed, but for everyone still living in that school of thought, here's something you should see.

The flatface guys went to Orchard Skateshop in Boston. If I recall the whole story, they'd previously given them a bunch of tech decks and stuff to give out for free, and they went really fast, so the owner saw that fingerboarding was pretty cool, and decided to help out! So now there is a bunch of flatface and blackriver stuff in the shop! Which is really cool imo, getting fingerboarding seen by more people is always great. And, I mean, by the looks of it they left a BRR g5 plaza there? I dunno whether they took that home with them, or its staying in the shop to help promote fingerboarding, but, nonetheless, how sick is that! Mike is really generous. A company that was just in it for the money wouldn't give out a bunch of free products, then leave a £600 park in a shop just to help fingerboarding. :)

Huge props to mike + the flatface guys for this, you're pushing fingerboarding soo much in the US, its really great. Go check out www.flatfacefingerboards.com
