Thats a tech deck longboard, sanded down, and covered with marker pen. Apparently the ink doesn't stay for long, unfortunately, but, nonetheless, how insanely real does that look? A guy called 'bobbysmokes' on fbhq posted it. I'm still in awe at it.. how does pen make it look like wood?
